We are looking for an experienced developer or technical specialist who wants to move closer to solution design, system analysis, and architectural design of complex information systems.
The role focuses on modeling and designing system behavior (data, rules, states, integrations) before implementation, with an emphasis on model-driven development (MDD), automation, and practical use of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of solutions and the architecture of complex software systems, with a focus on backend, data, integration dependencies, rules, and system states.
- Analyze the system before implementation: identify entities, rules, processes, states, behavior, and dependencies, and translate them into a consistent technical design.
- Translate requirements into a technical solution design and collaborate with consultants, analysts, and architects.
- Design the data model, API, integration interfaces, and communication between systems.
- Read, create, or review technical models (e.g., UML, BPMN, data models, state and sequence diagrams).
- Co-create technical standards and modeling rules for designing large and complex software projects and support their consistent application.
- Contribute to an approach where the model serves as a “digital twin” of the system, linked to requirements, processes, data, rules, behavior, and architecture, and helps validate the design before implementation.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in developing or designing complex backend functionality.
- Strong understanding of application logic, data models, integration dependencies, system states, and business rules.
- Experience in designing a data model, API, integration interfaces, or communication between systems.
- Ability to translate requirements into a technical solution design.
- Ability to analyze a system before implementation (entities, rules, processes, states, behavior, dependencies).
- Experience reading, creating, or reviewing technical models: UML, BPMN, data models, state diagrams, sequence diagrams.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, modularity, reusability, and consistent solution design.
- Interest in model-driven development, automation, AI, and new ways to increase development quality and productivity.
- Willingness to participate in creating technical standards and modeling rules for designing complex information systems.
- Communication and presentation skills (also in English).
