General Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our business partner in the financial sector in Prague. The client is building an agile team focused on improving processes within the bank’s Operations area, particularly repetitive processes with a high proportion of manual activities and significant potential for optimization and standardization.
What will you be doing?
- Analyzing E2E processes, including designing solutions in line with the bank’s architecture.
- Mapping the business environment and communicating with key users; connecting business requirements with technical solutions.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing detailed specifications, and assessing impacts on systems, including the use of AI technologies to support analysis.
- Preparing solution proposals and analytical documentation, creating supporting materials, and coordinating meetings with third parties.
- Collaborating on effort estimates for new and change requests.
- Collaborating on the design of interfaces and technical solutions, as well as service orchestration.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Ability to communicate effectively and translate business needs into specific requirements.
- Experience with CASE tools, such as Enterprise Architect and Camunda Modeler, as well as with process and data-flow modeling.
- Experience describing data structures, such as XSD, XML, and JSON, and with UML; understanding of data analytics.
- Ability to use AI technologies for data analysis and process optimization, and openness to modern tools that support work efficiency and decision-making.
- A team player with an agile mindset who cares about achieving meaningful results together.
- Highly developed communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of system and data integration and integration technologies, such as OpenAPI, SOAP, and others.
- Knowledge of the banking environment.
