Senior Business Analyst - (part-time)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in telecommunications construction processes and strong proficiency in JIRA. The role focuses on collecting and consolidating requirements, creating use cases, and supporting governance/committee approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate requirements from stakeholders and key users.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders and key users to identify all relevant actors who will interact with the system.
• Identify which functionalities can meet users' requirements; explain options and alternatives, assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each.
• Create detailed use cases describing interactions between actors and the system, ensuring each use case has a clear goal and defined steps to achieve it.
• Perform use case modeling and develop use case diagrams.
• Conduct scenario analysis, weighing the pros and cons of proposed solutions.
• Provide guidance on and navigate design topics in compliance with JIRA workflows.
• Prepare business requirements documentation, ensuring proper consolidation and prioritization.
• Prepare materials for committee approvals.
• Prepare and deliver user training, including training documentation.
• Ensure project deliverables are met within specified timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Solid knowledge of telecommunications construction processes.
• Strong understanding of JIRA as a workflow management tool.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, consolidation, and use case creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• JIRA Administration certificate (required/advantageous).
