Business/Functional Analytik

For our client in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Analyst who will join a digital project and collaborate on the design and development of product solutions, primarily in the area of digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently analyze the business domain and existing solutions.
• Collect, process, and refine requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Perform functional analysis and prepare/maintain analytical documentation.
• Design and maintain analytical outputs, in particular:
• process models
• domain models
• business rules
• user stories
• glossary of terms
• information model
• Collaborate on the design and development of products and product solutions for digital channels.
• Work with hybrid project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders using Jira and Confluence tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with digital projects in the telecommunications sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in functional analysis and documentation creation.
• Experience in product design and development, especially in the area of digital touchpoints.
• Experience with hybrid project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, SAFe.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN and UML.
• Experience with the B2B segment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Telecom / TM Forum.
